The Lilacs, Trimley Saint Martin. A collection of well designed two, three and four bedroomed homes in the heart of Suffolk. The lilacs has 69 properties to chose from. Including 5 Shared Ownership properties, 41 Outright Sale properties and 23 properties built for rental through Newtide Homes.
Printworks, Papworth Everard. A beautifully built new development of 61 homes, comprising of two, three and four bedroomed properties. The development has 52 properties for Outright Sale, 3 that are Shared Ownership and 6 properties for rental through Samphire Homes.
Wheater's Meadow, Walton-on-the-Naze. Our newest development and a beautiful new affordable scheme with 53 properties in total including two, three and four bedroomed properties. There are 7 Shared Ownership and 46 social rental properties available through Newtide Homes
