Inside Housing have published their annual list of the top 50 biggest builders, with Flagship Group climbing seven places from last year’s list. The list highlights the performance of housing associations from across the country, showing who is building what types of homes, and how the economic climate is impacting on the development pipeline.

 

Flagship Group moved from 26^th position in 2022 to 19^th this year, delivering 750 properties (compared to 655 in 2022) and increasing our overall housing stock to 32,427.

 

Nationally, the top 50 biggest builders completed 42,024 homes in 2022-23, a 4.2% increase on the 40,318 the top 50 managed the year before. Pipeline data on projected completions suggests a continued but small increase, with the top 50 builders predicting a total of 43,420 completions in 2023-24.

Speaking on the climb in positions, Development Managing Director Tony Tann said: "I know I speak for the whole organisation when I say I’m thrilled to see Flagship continuing to rise in these national standings. This is a direct result of the enormous efforts from the whole team and the support from our Board."
