Tenant engagement group Tpas gains Flagship expertise as Claire Wright joins board
Claire Wright, Flagship Group's director of digital and customer experience, has joined the Tpas board
A Flagship Group representative has joined the board of Tpas, England’s leading tenant engagement experts.
Claire Wright, Flagship’s director of digital and customer experience, said she was looking forward to promoting and championing tenant involvement and empowerment in the role.
Ms Wright said: “The work Tpas do is invaluable, affording so many tenants a stronger voice, striving for better standards and creating a sector that listens.
“I am delighted about this exciting new opportunity to work with an organisation with such an important purpose, agenda and wide reach.”
Ms Wright joins the board as a ‘landlord representative’. She has 18 years’ experience in the housing sector in areas including engagement and scrutiny, customer service and digital transformation.
She said: “Working with TPAS means together we can influence positive outcomes for tenant engagement across the sector.”
Tpas is a not-for-profit organisation whose membership includes landlord organisations and local tenants, covering more than 3 million homes.
Jenny Osbourne, chief executive of Tpas, said: “We are really pleased to have Claire joining the Tpas board. She brings with her a wealth of operational and strategic experience in engagement and communications.”
