Flagship Group has been recognised for its commitment to employing apprentices and helping them progress onto employment. The Group has recently been awarded ‘Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer’ in England and the East of England’s ‘Large Employer of the Year’.

Tomas Lloyd, Apprenticeship Delivery Manager at Flagship said: “We have so many great people who do really great things – it's fantastic to be recognised both nationally and regionally for the hard work, passion and dedication of many individuals.

“We hope this will encourage more talented people to join the Group, knowing we’re an outstanding provider of apprenticeships and a great place to earn whilst you learn. Most importantly, you can help to make a difference to thousands of people”.

This week (8 Feb – 14 Feb) the Group is celebrating its apprenticeships by getting involved with the National Apprenticeship Week campaign. Some of the Group’s 75 apprentices are showcasing the opportunities available at Flagship by joining in with podcasts, running an internal campaign and sharing their individual highlights and achievements so far.  

Nadine Tapp, Head of the new Flagship Academy said: “We invest in our people, so that we can continue to recruit, attract and retain the very best talent. We want to ensure they have the right support, skills and knowledge to continue to do great things and work towards achieving our goal of solving the housing crisis in the East of England”.
