Flagship help young people through the New Anglia Enterprise Adviser Network

We have been helping dozens of local young people with their career options through the New Anglia Enterprise Adviser Programme.

Lisa Collen, Director of People, has been working closely with Taverham High School as an Enterprise Advisor. Together they developed a ‘Bright Futures’ event which took place at the school in March, attended by ninety Year 13 students.

The Network is a national programme being delivered at a local level across Norfolk and Suffolk by the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), recruiting business leaders to work voluntarily with secondary schools and colleges.

The partnership working between Flagship and Taverham School has been covered in the school’s newsletter and on the New Anglia LEP website.

As a result of the positive partnership working, Lisa has been recognised for her efforts having being nominated for the Careers & Enterprise Company Annual Awards 2018.

Lisa has been nominated under the category of ‘Enterprise Adviser of the Year’. The shortlist of nominations will be announced shortly with the winners announced at the CECs Annual Conference in July.
