To ensure we’re meeting the highest standards possible, we’re regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). Following an in-depth assessment from the RSH, the Group retained its G1 (governance) and V1 (financial viability) rating, recognising our resilience, high-performance and ability to manage risks.

The Group’s procurement activities are bound by both its own Financial Regulations and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) to ensure equal treatment in tendering for new contracts.

At Flagship Group we have a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. Any reports of actual or suspected fraud will be taken seriously.
As well as this, we also have a policy in place for anti-fraud bribery. Similar to our other policies, any reports of this will be taken very seriously.
At Flagship Group, we encourage people to report anyone neglecting their duties or illegal goings-on. We will handle the report professionally and with complete confidentiality.

General Purchase Orders - Terms and Conditions
We use an electronic purchase order system which allows our teams to provide purchase orders directly to suppliers. Unless otherwise stated, all purchase orders are issued subject to our Terms and Conditions available here. Please note that for purchase orders placed with suppliers appointed under a specific Flagship contract, the terms and conditions of the relevant contract agreement shall take precedence.
